At Fresh Dish we offer two service options for appetizers;
The Full Service Option: this includes us bringing all the assorted appetizer "parts" for your menu, putting them together and arrange them beautifully on our serving trays and refilling them throughout your event (or our servers can pass the trays around for your guests to enjoy for an additional staffing charge). Minimum group size is 12 people for the full service option.
This option include all the staffing needed to bring in the supplies, assemble and arrange the serving trays, setting up the serving table, including linens and other food display needs, and of course cleanup of the work area and serving table. All you have to provide is an area where we can assemble, heat and arrange the appetizers for you. We can bring in a small oven to heat the hot food if needed so the "work" area need not be a kitchen.
Why choose this option? The full service option ensures you will have the complete Fresh Dish experience! Your appetizers will be plentiful, beautiful, crisp, and hot! The serving table will be refilled until your guests have had their fill and you can enjoy your event and not have to worry about a thing! Please note this is not intended as a meal.
The pricing for The Full Service Option are;
$20 per person, you pick 9 to 11 Appetizers from the list, 6 or 7 vegetarian/vegans and 3 or 4 meat
$18 per person, you pick 7 to 8 Appetizers from the list, 5 or 6 vegetarian/vegans and 2 or 3 meat
$15 per person, you pick 4 to 5 Appetizers from the list, 3 or 4 vegetarian/vegans and 1 or 2 meat
The Drop Off Option: This option allows you to pick from most of the appetizer choices below, select your quantity and have them delivered on "disposable" catering trays. This option offers you the flexibility to have all the food delivered and ready anytime you need. Also, if space is limited, no "work" area is needed. Because there is no need for service staff to prepare the appetizers on-site this is a lower price option.
One of the limitations is that not all the appetizers are available this way. The menu options not available this way do not "sit" well; they get soggy, dried out and/or wilt. At Fresh Dish quality and freshness comes first, if we can't offer an appetizers at its best we won't offer it at all. The appetizers listed below with an (X) next to it is not available as a Drop Off option. There is a minimum order of four dozes per type of appetizer, 500 ml for dips & 250 ml for olives.
The pricing for The Drop Off Option are;
$15 per dozen for the Vegan options (500 ml for the dips and 250 ml for olives)
$16 per dozen for the Vegetarian options (500 ml for the dips)
$18 - $20 per dozen for the Meat options
