These Specialty Menus and dishes are just a sampling of the fine dining options available from Fresh Dish . The full dinner ranges from $45 to $65 per person including your choice appetizer, second course "Primi" (available in the case of the Italiano Menu below), main dish with side, and dessert. Please note our specialty menu is only available with in-house chef service because the dinner will need to be finished on site. Full dinner table service, for groups from a minimum of 8 to 15, is available at no extra charge. For groups of 16 to 25, we charge an extra $150 for the extra staffing needs. At this time we are not able to offer full specialty menus for group over 25. Please email for information regarding whether a particular dish is available from larger groups.

- Hand chopped filetto served raw with artichokes
- Handmade potato gnocchi with butter and grana padano

- Large ravioli with spinach, ricotta and egg yolk served with fresh sage infused brown butter
- Pork tenderloin crusted with pistachios served with pears braised in red wine served with baby potatoes roasted
- French cut rack of lamb crusted with olive tapenade served with polenta with herbs and cheese
- Seared Tuna Served with a caper tomato insalata
- Chocolate hazelnut torte with coffee cream
- Raspberry mouse on an almond base with vanilla ganache
- Chocolate pudding cake with pear and ginger sauce
- Orange crema bruciata with lavender sponge cake
