We are proud to offer a variety of flavourful dishes which complement one another in our carefully constructed menus. Or we can work with you to develop something custom; to do this, we like to get to know you and your plan, what kind of foods you enjoy, what kind of wedding you are planning. Is your wedding formal, casual, and/or themed, do you want a full meal or just finger food, and of course what is your budget? We love incorporating traditional elements and dishes from your heritage into your wedding menu. Corporate Catering
Fresh Dish Catering is Saskatoon’s one-stop shop in corporate event catering. Our meal service delivery provides fresh, innovative and diverse cuisine to our clients. Breakfasts can be hot or cold, lunches and dinners can be elaborate and varied - or simple and hearty. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks feature in-house baked goodies and savoury snacks. Evening appetizers are a most elegant and enjoyable way to decompress and mingle after the day’s work.
As always, we provide vegetarian/vegan options with all our menus. We’re happy to accommodate specialty diets including no gluten-added, vegan, and organic. Additionally, Fresh Dish Catering has an extensive international menu with cuisine from France, Italy, India, Thailand, Japan, and Canada’s West Coast - impress them with that wow factor!

We love cocktail parties! Our exquisite and scintillating appetizers always elicit Ooh’s and Aah’s - and that’s our juice! All manner of exotic options (like quail egg with caviar) complement the many perennial favourites (like mushrooms stuffed with fennel, leeks and goat cheese) for an unforgettable kaleidoscope of visual art and flavours.
Fine Dining
Fine dining is our forte at Fresh Dish. Whether it’s an intimate dinner party or a special anniversary party, we know how to dazzle your guests. Because our Chef/owner Evelyn is Italian, we are especially proud of our four-course Italian dinner menus. However, any specialty menu can be created … remember, we love a challenge!
