What could be better than Fine Dining in the comfort and beauty of your own home? Inspired by Executive Chef Evelyn’s Italian heritage and her cooking education in Italy, Fresh Dish has prepared an authentic and sumptuous four-course Italiano Menu for private catering service. Handmade fresh pastas, creamy risotto, pistachio-crusted pork tenderloin, French cut roast of lamb … and those mouth-watering options are from just two of the courses ;)
Personalized Menus
We are happy to develop any specialty menu with you for chef in-house catering. These are lavish, fully plated gourmet dinners, where we do all the kitchen clean-up and dishes. As the host, the hardest part is choosing your menu! In the past, we have done herb crusted roasted Prime Rib, Beef or Salmon Wellington, warm spinach salad, herbed baby roast potatoes, mini Pavlovas with whipped cream and fresh berries.
