At Fresh Dish, we love a party … and oh, our hors d'oeuvres! This is where we consistently hear a lot of “oohs” and “aahs”, because our cocktail party catering makes a big impression. With 20 different meat options, your guests can enjoy delicacies like Spicy Salmon Sashimi in cucumber cups, Caviar with Quail Egg on toast, and In-House Smoked Sirloin with horseradish aioli. An array of vegetarian options include Mushrooms Stuffed with Leek, Fennel and Goat Cheese, and in-house made Butter Puff Pastry Sticks with Sundried Tomato Pesto. Vegan appetizers include our ever-popular White Bean Dip with herbed pita crisps, and Zucchini ‘Ceviche’ black bean tacos with Avocado ‘Cream’. Whether you want fancy and exotic, or perennial favourites, our cocktail party appetizers are always a huge hit.
We assemble all your finger foods on site, display them beautifully and set them out, or we are happy to supply professional servers to circulate with trays of appetizers throughout the event.
